Rolland obtained his B.Comm. from the University of Alberta in 1990, his LL.B. from the University of Calgary in 1994 and has been an active member of the Law Society of Alberta since 1995. Throughout his career, Mr. Lequier has volunteered his time with various community and legal service groups including Student Legal Assistance, Business Network International, Delta Upsilon Fraternity and is currently serving on the executive committee of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity Alumni Club. Mr. Lequier now practices primarily in the areas of real estate, wills and estates planning, corporate and commercial transactions and business law.
Mr. Lequier is a partner with the law firm of Demiantschuk, Milley, Burke & Hoffinger.
Bianca Kratt (403-228-8390)
Born and raised in Quebec City, Bianca graduated in 2000 from the Université Laval in Quebec City with a Civil Law Degree. She articled with the firm of Pouliot L’Ecuyer in Quebec City in 2001-2002 and was admitted to the Bar of the Province of Quebec in May 2002. In August 2003, Bianca attended the University of Manitoba where she graduated in April 2004 with a Common Law Degree. She articled with the firm of Warren Tettensor Amantea LLP in 2004-2005 and was admitted to the Bar of the Province of Alberta in May 2005. Bianca joined the firm as an associate in May 2005.
Bianca’s practice is primarily in the residential and commercial real estate area, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and financing. Bianca also practices in the area of corporate and commercial law.
Bianca practices in both English and French.
